Kombucha is an interesting thing. If you don’t know what it is, it’s essentially a fermented, slightly effervescent tea drink with live cultures of bacteria and yeast that are commonly consumed for their health benefits. Not all kombuchas are created equal either. Some taste like straight-up vinegar, and depending on what flavors are added it can be made to taste fruity, floral, spicy, or herbaceous. Some people compare them to sparkling apple cider, but with a more pronounced sour taste.

That being said, we’ve found that Ginja can help sweeten things up and improve the flavor of just about any kombucha. It’s a delicious fruity sparkling beverage and you would never even guess it’s a kombucha in a blind taste test.
